Please, do not hesitate to call our expert staff; they will do their best to provide you with help.
Every effort is made to make sure our pricing is competitive and accurate at the time our catalog goes to press and every effort will be made to hold those prices for the life of the catalog. That said, due to the volatile nature of the economy, with oil and other raw material prices rising constantly and in some cases drastically, it may become necessary during the course of the year to increase product and shipping prices. We will do our best to avoid that situation. Should it become unavoidable we will do our best to make sure we convey to you the amount and reason for a price increase.
The Surfcaster does its best to accurately convey product specifications and capability based on personal experience and available manufacturer’s specifications. At times, listed lengths, weights and other product specs given by the manufacturer and appearing on the packaging or in the catalog differ from those of the actual product. The Surfcaster has little to no control over this and any complaints about a situation like this should be directed to the product manufacturer. The Surfcaster is not responsible for these discrepancies. We thank you in advance for your understanding in these matters.
