A: Yes, we welcome customers who are in the area and want to visit. Although we don't act directly as a storefront, we do have all of our in-stock items on site and available to "try out." Q: I don't see waders on your website, but you do carry them in your catalog. Why is that?
A: There are several variables that have to be considered when buying waders. This includes the type of foot (boot or sock), waist, chest, and inseam measurements you have. All of these can influence the size waders you should order. Feel free to call us at 1-800-551-SURF or stop by the shop if you'd like to order a pair.
Q: When I buy from The Surfcaster, is my information shared with third parties?
A: NO! The Surfcaster does not sell or provide your personal information to any third party unless you request that we do so for repair or warranty purposes.
Q: I'd like to buy a custom rod, how do I go about doing so?
