 | Why is the book I ordered out of stock? |
 | We make every effort to keep the inventory of our website accurate, but occasionally there may be situations where a book we list is out of stock. Obviously, quantities of hurt books are limited. The same may be true of new books that we have purchased at a special price. These books are subject to prior sale. If we receive more orders for a book than we have copies, orders will be filled in the order received. If a book you order is out of stock, we will ship the rest of your order immediately, after deducting the price of the out of stock item and its shipping cost from your total. |

 | Go ahead and place the items you want to buy in your shopping cart. When you have finished making your selections, print the contents of your cart by hitting the print button on your browser. Go to the Contact Us page and choose how you want to contact us to place your order. To phone your order have your printed copy of your shopping cart ready, then tell our staff person what you wish to order. They will check to make sure it is available then guide you through the rest of the ordering process. To mail or fax order, send a copy of your shopping cart along with a note containing your name, address, and email address or daytime phone number to our address or fax number. |

 | When you pay by credit card, the exchange rate will be determined by your credit card company. This actually works to your benefit since credit card companies usually have some of the most favourable exchange rates available anywhere. |

 | We are so certain that you will be satisfied with the quality of the books you purchase here at Gospel Folio Online that we offer a 100% satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with a book you bought from us, send the book and an explanation of the reason for your return to us within 30 days of purchase and we will refund your purchase price. Books must be returned in their original condition. We ask that you return the book via UPS so it will be insured and traceable.
