Ground Shipment The following shipping terms apply to retail purchases from Ballistic Products Online shipped to addresses within the Continental United States. Restricted Items: Some of the goods which BPI offers for purchase on this website may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law. BPI is an authorized dealer of all of the goods it offers for sale, but BPI does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws. You must be 18 years of age to purchase any blackpowder guns and related items, reloading components,ammunition, knives and other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 922(D)(1)-(9) you cannot be under a legal disability to purchase certain restricted items. If you are purchasing any of the aforementioned items, you warrant that you have read this notice and that you are an adult and are not under any legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing, owning, possessing or transferring the item or items you are ordering. 24-hour priority service: $9.95 Sometimes you need service even faster than our usual 48 hour turnaround. For those occasions, we offer BPI's Order Priority Service. If you request this $9.95 upgrade, your order will be processed, moved immediately to the shipping department but still shipped via standard ground service so you avoid any hazardous material or air charges. (Note: Orders placed after 10am CST on Friday and orders placed Saturday and Sunday will not be received or subject to rush processing until the following Monday). To purchase this service, just enter "Priority" into the special instructions box during checkout. Your credit card will be charged an additional $9.95 at the time of shipping. 2nd Day Air /Overnight Delivery: We do offer air shipment options. However, due to certain shipping restrictions, we ask that you please call 1-888-273-5623 and speak to one of our customer service specialists to request this service. Our order specialists can help you pick the best option to ship your order in the most timely and cost efficient method. Note: Primed hulls, primers and ammunition become hazardous material when shipped via air service and require an additional hazardous material charge of $30.00. Powder cannot be shipped via air service. UPS’s Powder and Primer Shipping (HAZMAT) Fees: Ground hazardous material fees apply to primers and powder shipped via UPS basic ground service (primed hulls and ammunition are not hazardous when shipped via standard ground service). Air hazardous material fees apply to primers, primed hulls and ammunition shipped via UPS 3-Day, 2-Day or Next Day service. UPS Hazmat rates are per package. You may combine powder and primers, but powder has to be limited to no more than 32 lbs. per package. Powder cannot be shipped by air. Feel free to call our sales associates who can help you. Shipping prices, and fees are subject to changes without notice. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. Deliveries are sometimes subject to carrier delays. To report a damaged shipment: We do our best to protect shipments by using approved containers and packaging systems. Once in a while, though, a package gets damaged in transit. Call us and we’ll take care of it in the most expedient personalized manner possible. In order to minimize any inconveniences please follow these steps: 1) Call our Customer Service Center at 1-763-494-9237 as soon as you receive the damaged shipment. 2) Save all shipping cartons and documents. The carrier may need to make a damage inspection of all damaged containers. 3) Be sure to have merchandise invoice and helpful documents handy when you call our Customer Service Center.
