Orders:
Your online order is processed the next business day. Orders placed before 10:00am CST are usually processed and shipped the same business day!
Online Order Confirmation and Shipping:
When your online order has been submitted, you will automatically receive an email with an order confirmation. This message will contain a summary of the order you just placed. Once the order is in transit, you will receive an email with the shipper's tracking number so you can check and monitor the progress.
Out of Stock Items:
Inventory status of every product is noted on the item's availability status field on the website. This field is located above the "quantity" field on the product's expanded view page. (Just click on the picture of the product to get there).
When an out of stock item is available to order again, we will gladly alert you by whichever means you choose: Email, phone or by mail. You can also choose to pre-order which will reserve your order, guaranteeing your priority position. If you choose to pre-order, you will not be charged for that item or shipping until the order is actually processed. Outstanding orders over 60 days may be cancelled. In such an event, you will be notified and given the opportunity to order a substitute item.
Exchanges and Returns:
Don't worry, we'll take care of you! You may return unused items in new and resalable condition within 60 days of purchase for a merchandise refund, credit or exchange. Please call 888-273-5623 or email info@ballisticproducts.com for a return authorization number which is required for a return. Please follow the instructions on the back of your invoice. You may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. No refunds on: copyrighted material such as books, manuals and videos; ammunition, powder or primers
Product Warranties:
We will replace any product manufactured by Ballistic Products that does not perform to your satisfaction when used properly and according to published instructions.
Products not manufactured by Ballistic Products are warranted by the manufacturer's stated warranty. In some cases, customers may be directed to the manufacturer for warranty service or claims, however we will advise and assist our customers in this process.
Neither Ballistic Products or the manufacturer may be held responsible for customer mis-use, abuse or misapplications of products. Read all instructions prior to using products. Mis-use of products will void manufacturers warranties, expressed or implied. Mis-use of products could endanger the user and bystanders. Please review all disclaimers.
All catalog prices are subject to changes without notice. Some quantities listed at certain prices may be limited. Ballistic Products is not responsible for typographical or printing errors. Returns Checklist:
__ For items which include a manufacturer's warranty, please follow their instructions.
__ You may return any unused or unaltered item within 60-days for a full merchandise refund or exchange. Please call BPI Customer Service at 1-888-273-5623 or email info@ballisticproducts.com for a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) within 60-days of receipt. No return will be accepted without an RMA.
__For safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on ammunition, powder or primers. Copyrighted material, such as books, data manuals and videos, can be only be exchanged for merchandise credit.
__Use the original carton, pack the merchandise securely, enclose your invoice with your RMA# and a brief explanation (so we remember) and ship prepaid via UPS, FedEx or insured Parcel Post.
__Shipping, insurance and delivery are your responsibility. C.O.D. returns will not be accepted.
Restricted Items:
Some of the goods which BPI offers for purchase in this catalog may be restricted by Federal, State, and/or Local law. BPI is an authorized dealer of all of the goods it offers for sale, but BPI does not and cannot grant the right or authority to persons to purchase items which may be regulated pursuant to such laws. You must be 18 years of age to purchase any blackpowder guns and related items, reloading components, ammunition, knives and other regulated items depending upon the jurisdiction in which you reside. Further, pursuant to 18 U.S.C. 922(D)(1)-(9) you cannot be under a legal disability to purchase certain restricted items. If you are purchasing any of the aforementioned items, you warrant that you have read this notice and that you are an adult and are not under any legal disability that would preclude you from purchasing, owning, possessing or transferring the item or items you are ordering.
Interstate Order Restrictions:
DELAWARE, DC, NEW YORK and OHIO: please check your local laws for restricted items before ordering ammunition, powder, primers or primed hulls.
ILLINOIS: Illinois: Residents must include a copy of their FOID card with a
Drivers License or State ID, and the ammunition may be shipped only to an
address on either of these documents. No ammunition sales to Cooke County
or Chicago

• California: No sales of ammunition to the city of Los Angeles, all of
Orange County, or San Francisco.
• New York: No ammunition sales to New York City. Check other local and
State laws before ordering.
• Washington DC: No sales of ammunition or components.
Alaska, Hawaii, FPO & APO: Alaska, Hawaii and APO orders are shipped via the United States Postal Service, shipping rates will be applied as such. Powder, primers, primed hull and ammunition cannot be shipped to these addresses.
Canada:
Powder, primers, primed hulls, wads, filler wads and ammunition must be ordered through a distributor due to import restrictions.
