We answer the phone between 6am and 6 pm, Pacific time, Monday through Friday and 8am and 5pm Saturday. If you get the answering machine, speak clearly and please leave just your name and phone number with a brief message that you would like to place an order. We will call you back as soon as we are able to. If your order is a surprise gift, please tell us when you will be by the telephone so we may reach only you.
Our fax machine is on 24 hours a day. You may fax in your order. Please write clearly on the order form. You may photocopy the order form in the catalog and then fax the copy to us. Always include a daytime or evening (specify) telephone number so we may be able to contact you about your order.
