We are avid flyfishers. We are very fortunate to live and work in a slower-paced, fish-filled environment. We routinely "test" our flyfishing products in our many fine trout, steelhead and salmon streams to ensure their quality and usefulness. We are primarily catch and release flyfishers and have a deep respect and love for the wild outdoors and its inhabitants. We are members of many conservation organizations and fly clubs. Our quest for wild fish takes us from northern California to Wyoming, Oregon to the Northwest Territories and Alaska to Kamchatka.

We have personally used or inspected every item that we carry. If there is an item you would like to see us carry in the catalog, please let us know. Our guarantee is simple—you must be satisfied or we will accept it back for a refund or exchange.

Our customers range from novice flyfishers to very experienced, well-traveled fly anglers. We are happy to discuss the merits of any item we carry and can also help you understand the proper use of the item.

We attempt to ship your gifts to you within 3 business days. There may be delays during the holiday season. Our suggestion to you: buy early and often!

30-Day Refund or Replacement
We are committed to your total satisfaction. If any item you receive from us is damaged, defective, or otherwise does not meet your expectations, simply return it to us. We will, at your option, replace the item with an item of equal value or refund your merchandise purchase price.

After the shipment is received and processed, you will be refunded the cost of the product. Processing your return, once we receive it, usually takes two business days. It's that simple, no fine print and no hidden clauses.

Every product you buy from this site or from our printed catalog must be free of defects, or you may return it immediately to The Rogue Angler for replacement or refund.

Substitutions
We reserve the right to update products, or suggest substitute items whenever these changes represent an equal or better value for our customers. Items illustrated in this website are actual scanned photos of our products available at the time of printing. (The accuracy of the colors you see on your computer monitor may be inexact, due to the varying display capabilities of computer monitors.) An updated version of the product may be substituted at a later date. Although our proofreaders work diligently to ensure the accuracy of copy descriptions and prices, we reserve the right to correct typographical errors. Replacement is subject to item availability. If exact replacement is not available, replacement will be a comparable item of at least equal value, but we will notify you before we take any action.

Shipping and Handling
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days. When possible, we make every effort to ship orders within a few days.

We have made our shipping prices and policy as fair as possible, so you benefit from our Every Day Low Prices, plus the convenience of delivery to your door.

International Orders
In our efforts to keep the costs as low as possible to our customers, international orders will be shipped by the least expensive method possible. This is usually surface shipping, unless otherwise specified by you, the customer.

To Canada, the service is regular "ground" and is not guaranteed to be there within a certain number of days or for a specific delivery day.

Other international orders shipping and handling charges will be calculated and manually input depending on "ship to destination."

Please allow 7-14 days minimum delivery time. However, every effort is made to get the merchandise to you in the shortest time possible and at the best rate. International orders may take longer depending on the "ship to destination."

Customer is responsible for any taxes or tariffs imposed by the country of destination.
